Pease wait for our answer before shipping the instrument. 3. In case your luminometer needs service, provide an external surface decontamination. 4. Fix the internal Items like plate carrier or arms that could be damaged during shipment. 5. Pack the instruments with accessories in a box (the original box must be preferred) Under warranty / under warranty extension: 6. Belsar will arrange a pick up from your laboratory. Labour cost: Euro 80,00/hour Warranty on repair service (for the same kind of failure): 90 days on spare parts and labour (shipment excluded). Payment 30 days from the receipt of your instrument back, wire transfer. Invoice will be packed together with the instrument.
